We at v-tech we have mastered the art of manifold design using the latest 3-D software tools to design and deliver reliable manifolds. Our primary focus is to design compact and flexible manifolds. Another area we excel is design of modern compact manifolds with SUN screw-in cartridge valves and other common cavities from major manufacturers around the world.
We can design and manufacture custom manifolds to your specs. You give us a circuit or application with a list of valves, ports, orientation and built material. A quotation will then be sent to you and if this results in a purchase order, Our engineering department will work with you on the details of the layout and can also supply you with a drawing if requested. Custom manifolds take approximately one to three weeks to produce and ship.
We process the manifolds exclusively using high-precision CNC machining centre. We derive the processing steps directly from the design data. That way, we can reliably prevent errors and ensure safety.
